Gayathree’s driving innovation and having incredible impact

Meet Gayathree. She’s a Project Manager in one of our AI Software teams - she turns ideas into solutions that empower developers and partners across our ecosystem. We spoke with her about what drives her, how the 10x mindset guides her work, and why Arm is the perfect place for her to chase her career goals and help reshape the global uses of technology.

What exciting projects are you working on?

I’m currently working as a Project Manager at Arm’s Bengaluru site, where I have the privilege of coordinating initiatives that bring together brilliant minds in engineering. What excites me most is leading on innovations that really lead to impact.

Recently, I helped streamline our project review process by creating a single shared dashboard that aligned multiple teams and reduced reporting time significantly. It was a small change with a big impact, helping everyone focus more on solving problems than on managing processes. That’s the 10x mindset in action.

Every day, I get to collaborate with diverse teams, align complex efforts, and see ideas turn into solutions that will power the next generation of intelligent devices. Knowing that the work we do today has the potential to shape the future of AI and software development keeps me motivated. I’m proud to play my part in Arm’s journey.

What advice would you give to the next generation of engineers?

I would tell them to never be afraid to dream big. The technology you build here has the power to change the world. Even the smallest ideas can spark innovations that touch billions of lives.
That doesn’t mean doing it alone. It means collaborating, learning, and seeing challenges as opportunities. The biggest breakthroughs come when diverse minds work together with a shared purpose.

My advice? Stay curious, and always ask not just “Can we build this?” but “How will this make a difference?” When you combine ambition with purpose, your work becomes part of a legacy that shapes the future of technology.
