Volunteering at Arm

Empowering Our People Through Giving Back

Our employee community engagement program, Team Arm, is a force for positive change for our people and for the communities where we live and work. With passion and purpose, we take decisive action on the Global Goals for Sustainable Development through impactful volunteering, campaigning, and fundraising.

At Arm, the power to make a difference is in every individual’s hands – colleagues can use half a day each month to volunteer for social or environmental causes.

Join us as we contribute to our community, one volunteer at a time.

Volunteer

Team Arm enables everyone to use half a day a month to volunteer. This can mean taking action on almost any social or environmental issue, from mentoring a student robotics team through FIRST, to joining a local environmental group, or taking on a trustee role with a national charity.

Learn

Our social and environmental action learning modules guide our people to make an impact through easy-to-complete activities. Whether you would like to learn more about building diversity at work, improving the quality of education in local schools, or tackling the Global Goals from the comfort of your armchair, these modules help to build new habits and encourage socially conscious behavior.

Fundraise

Team Arm organizes local and global fundraisers in response to the most urgent needs. The program also supports our people to fundraise for the causes that matter most for them.

Benefits of Volunteering

At Arm, we believe in the transformative power of giving back. Our volunteering program isn’t just about making a difference in the community; it’s a two-way street that enriches lives of both our people and the world around us.

Personal Growth and Development

Engaging in volunteer activities provides our people with opportunities to develop and enhance valuable skills such as leadership, teamwork and communication.

Meaningful Connections

Volunteering brings people together with a shared purpose, fostering a sense of connection among colleagues. Building relationships outside of the typical work environment strengthens the sense of Arm community.

Positive Impact on Wellbeing

Contributing to a cause larger than oneself brings a sense of fulfilment, purpose, and a break from the routine, positively impacting our mental and emotional wellbeing.

Enhanced Company Culture

Arm’s dedication to social responsibility through volunteering contributes to our welcoming and inclusive culture. We reinforce a collective commitment to making a positive impact in the world.

Social Responsibility

Arm values and celebrates the dedication of its employees to social responsibility. Volunteering provides an avenue for people to actively contribute, aligning personal values with our core Arm values.
