Arm Toronto

Build what’s next in semiconductor technology from Toronto

At Arm, you’ll help address some of the world's most complex engineering challenges whilst shaping the future of compute.

Our teams in Toronto are focused on semiconductor security, high-speed I/O developing and verifying technology that helps make complex SoCs more secure, enabling high-speed connectivity across systems.

Here, your expertise matters. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of challenging technical problems, work alongside experienced engineers, and contribute to IP that supports technology used around the world.

Advance semiconductor security

Security is a major focus for our engineering teams in Canada, with opportunities spanning security architecture, hardware design and design verification for secure SoC and IP technology.

You could work across the engineering lifecycle, from defining architecture and designing RTL to verifying complex designs, helping build technology where security is fundamental to the system.

Advance high-speed I/O

High-speed I/O engineering focuses on the connectivity that enables systems to communicate at high speeds. Opportunities span I/O IP, design engineering, design verification, reusable IP, and SoC and chiplet communication.

Bring your expertise. Own the challenge. Build what’s next.

A workplace designed for focus and collaboration

The Toronto office gives you space to do the best work of your career, whether that's solving a complex engineering problem, collaborating with your team or stepping away for a reset.

Our office is designed to feel unmistakably part of the city. Inspired by Toronto’s neighborhoods, street art and industrial character, the space brings local culture together with Arm’s technology story from Canadian maple finishes to a 23-foot feature wall created with a local street artist.

There are spaces for every kind of working day, whether you need to focus, collaborate, or recharge. You’ll find focus rooms, a parent’s room, an onsite café, game room and outdoor patio, alongside shower facilities, parking and EV charging stations.

Throughout the office, you’ll also discover details that bring Arm’s past and future to life, celebrating the technology we’ve helped shape and the next generation of computing being built by the teams working here.

Own meaningful engineering work

At Arm, the work you do everyday will have a visible impact on the technology people use everyday. You will be trusted to solve problems, make decisions, and develop your technical expertise.

In Toronto, that means opportunities across architecture, design and verification, with roles ranging from emerging talent engineering opportunities to senior positions.
