In our Budapest office, you'll experience an open-space work environment designed to encourage collaboration. While our office space is open, we understand the importance of privacy. Private spaces and meeting rooms are readily available, ensuring that every employee can find the right balance between open collaboration and focused individual work.

Our modern office features state-of-the-art facilities, including collaborative meeting rooms, private workspaces, and relaxation areas. The kitchen area doubles as a community space where employees can connect over coffee, enjoy a game of foosball, or simply unwind on comfortable sofas.

Departments in the Office

The Budapest office hosts various departments, including Systems Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Software Engineering, Central Technology and IT and Workplace, Sales and Partner Enablement along various Enterprise Functions such as People and Finance Teams. This diverse set of teams create a rich environment of different skills and expertise, making the office an exciting place to work and learn.

Coming Together as a Team

Collaboration is at the heart of our office culture. Regular team activities, such as lunches, workshops, and community outreach programs, contribute to building strong bonds among colleagues. At Arm, we believe that a connected and engaged team is the key to innovation. We not only use the office just for work: we have annual foosball championships, fruit days, and regular barbecue parties on the terrace.
