Office Culture

Noida’s office culture is exceptionally collaborative, with everyone knowing each other well. This part of Delhi is renowned for its IT skills, and people tend to work closely together in these areas. Our office celebrates a diverse array of cultures, traditions, dialects, and customs – although everyone speaks English, so that’s our official office language. 

 "One of the things about India is the sheer amount of festivities we have – we could celebrate a different festival every day if we wanted! All Indians love to dance and music, so if you like a party, this is definitely a good place to be!" 

Office Space

Our office is designed to promote effective engagements and collaboration. The open-plan space allows bright colours to flood in with the light – creating a creative atmosphere in the office.  

With a great mix of personal desk space and meeting rooms, there will always be a perfect work spot for you, whether you like working alone or in groups.  

Departments in the Office 

Established in 2015, the Noida office specializes in PIEG, IDIN and EWWG. ​Our team comprises around 100 skilled professionals who excel in these areas. 

Coming Together as a Team 

Team bonding is a significant part of our culture. Every Friday, we enjoy team outings, often grabbing lunch together, as well as monthly social activities.  

The multitude of festivals in India means we always have a reason to celebrate. If you love dance and music, this is the place to be.  

Our local WWF (Work with Fun) team organizes all the festival celebration, month-end, and annual parties. Team Arm, dedicated to global volunteering causes contributing to the UNICEF Global Goals spearheads our social activities of giving back to our communities.

The Embassy Campus in Noida offers a range of amenities, including a shared food court with numerous food outlets and juice counters. For relaxation and recreation, we have table tennis, PlayStation, and foosball available for our colleagues. We also provide 34 dedicated parking slots, along with a bicycle parking. 

Office Location and Local Spaces 

Located in Expressway Sector 144, our campus is surrounded by multiple restaurants within a 1-2 km radius, including KFC, McDonald’s, Domino’s, Subway, and many others. India Gate, the war memorial, is about 40 minutes away. DLF Mall, located in the heart of Noida in sector 18, is also a mere 30-minute from the office.
