Who We're Looking For

An apprenticeship is a fantastic pathway to a career for anyone, no matter their stage in life. See below for some of the traits and experiences we look for.

Eligibility

Government requirements as per the Apprenticeship Levy & standards.

  • A valid passport/birth certificate and NI number
  • To have lived in the UK and/or EEA for 3 years prior to apprenticeship start date
  • To be willing to working in England for at least 50% of working time
  • Not be undertaking another apprenticeship or government funded qualification at the same time

Academic

Each program will differ, but for most roles you will need to hold:

  • GCSE Maths & English at Grade C or above (or equivalent qualifications)
  • x3 A-levels (or equivalent)
  • BTEC's, International Baccalaureate and Level 3's welcome

Academic

To join our Apprenticeship program, we typically require three A-levels (or equivalent). Each program has different grading entry criteria. Please see individual job adverts for more information.

We're looking for proactive people with inquiring minds who can think about problems differently, work well in a team, thrive in fast-paced environments, and demonstrate a passion for progress.

Adaptable

The tech landscape is consistently evolving, so adaptability is crucial. Being able to embrace change and learn new tools or methodologies is a valuable trait.
