Job Overview:
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides vital support to senior leaders by managing priorities, streamlining schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role includes calendar and meeting management, executive communications, accurate travel coordination, and event logistics. The EA also partners on offsites, vendor contracts, and leadership events.
This position reports to the Senior Executive Assistant, who provides mentorship and ensures alignment with executive and organizational priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedules, and shifting priorities.
- Coordinate meetings, leadership offsites, and events, including logistics and follow-up.
- Oversee vendor coordination, hotel contracts, and on-site arrangements.
- Prepare accurate travel itineraries and anticipate potential conflicts.
- Draft and review executive communications, presentations, and reports.
- Process expenses, invoices, and maintain organized team records.
- Serve as a trusted liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years supporting senior leaders in an EA or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with experience handling complex schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including drafting executive-level correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.

Salary Range:
$71,800-$97,200 per yearWe value people as individuals and our dedication is to reward people competitively and equitably for the work they do and the skills and experience they bring to Arm.
