Job Overview:
We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Manager of Talent Management to help shape the future of how we grow and support talent at Arm. In this role, you’ll partner with the People Team and key stakeholders to design impactful programs that elevate talent, strengthen our ambitious 10x culture, and connect people strategies directly to business success.
You’ll lead critical talent initiatives that bring AI innovation to the way we work, sharpen execution, and unlock career growth opportunities. Responsibilities:
Talent Management Execution:
- Partner with the Head of Talent Development, People Business Partners and senior leaders to execute end-to-end Talent Management processes, including performance management, talent review, succession planning, and senior-level promotion processes.
- Provide clear tools, frameworks, and guidance to ensure consistency and excellence in execution.
- Ensure timely, high-quality execution across all talent management initiatives.
- Drive organizational effectiveness through independent analysis of operational processes, synthesizing feedback to identify and implement improvements
Performance & Career Growth:
- Be the key point-of-contact for our performance management process, and supporting resources, covering goal-setting, quarterly check-ins, ongoing feedback, and year-end reviews.
- Contribute to the design and roll-out of an enterprise-wide career and talent pathways framework.
- Deliver a scalable individual development plan process that supports growth attitudes and continuous skill development.
- Improve our onboarding experience, ensuring seamless integration and accelerated performance.
Talent Review:
- Support the annual talent review and succession planning cycle, identifying talent development needs, gaps, strengths and talent risks.
- Operationalize bi-annual Talent Review conversations, building tools and orchestrating support processes to enable the People Business Partners to execute an efficient and actionable process with their leadership teams.
- Design and embed succession planning tracking processes that strengthen our critical talent bench.
AI & Talent Analytics:
- Deploy and manage AI-driven tools and predictive analytics to assess talent risk, strengthen succession pipelines, and advise talent decisions.
- Partner with leaders across the People Team to integrate AI into talent workflows and elevate our data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development/ Talent Management, with expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent solutions.
- Hands-on experience running performance management frameworks and tools, ideally with Success Factors or Workday, or equivalent.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering initiatives from design to execution.
- Proven success building trusted partnerships across HR peers and stakeholders across the company.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills to engage, challenge, and inspire.
