Job Overview:
As a Senior FAE, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Arm’s business development, government engagement, and customer growth! Your primary responsibility will be to provide pre-sales technical leadership to regional commercial teams, ensuring that customer requirements are aligned with Arm’s product portfolio. Additionally, you will help articulate Arm’s compute solution strategy in key domains such as data centers, AI, automotive, and IoT.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the vision of the regional lead by leading a team of technical experts who act as advisors to advocate for and implement Arm’s solutions.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of technical development and the ability to drive engagement with senior engineering and business executives.
- Exhibit the capability to work seamlessly across various organizations.
- Represent Arm’s technology vision at regional events, technical forums, and customer workshops.
- Lead the team to drive the adoption of Arm’s product portfolio, including but not limited to chip, compute subsystems, IP, and software enablement tools.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in complex systems, digital design, SoC development, software architecture, or application engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of CPU/GPU/compute subsystems, development tools, and SoC.
- Demonstrated experience in leading high-performance teams of significant size.
- Proven track record to articulate, simplify, and provide solutions to sophisticated problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :
- Knowledge of data center, automotive electrification, and AI compute workloads.
- Strong network with semiconductor companies, foundry, OEM, data centers, Arm ecosystem.
- Management experience for technical team
