What you could be doing as an Intern?
- Develop micro-architecture specs and implement RTL in Verilog/SystemVerilog; Verify and Debug IP blocks to ensure quality.
- Work with design, modeling, validation, and implementation teams to meet functional, performance, power, and area goals.
- Collaborate across teams to define SoC specs, review test plans, and resolve sophisticated issues.
- Use scripting and problem-solving skills to improve development methodologies.
We are looking for individuals who:
Are currently enrolled and studying towards a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
Qualities that will help your application stand out:
- Experience of block level RTL and verification for non-trivial ASIC (or FPGA) developments; SystemVerilog preferred
- Familiarity with the Arm AMBA specifications or other bus protocols
- Understanding of fundamental concepts of digital design and computer architecture to include one or more from CPU, GPU and cache concepts, memory, I/O, etc.
- Scripting, e.g. with Perl, Python, etc.
