Arm designs the technology that lies at the heart of advanced digital products from mobile, home and enterprise solutions to embedded and emerging applications. Operational management is central to delivering this technology within each of Arm’s business groups.
The Quality Management System Team within Solutions Engineering Operation is responsible for evolving a strong governance framework and robust engineering and delivery processes to enable successful delivery of Solutions and SoC projects and programs. We define and supervise operational data and metrics to understand delivery status, support decision-making and drive continuous improvements.
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Management Office Intern to join our team.
Whatcould you be doing as aProject Management Office Intern?
The successful candidate will be working on crafting, implementing and optimising automated systems and processes to improve efficiency, quality and productivity within our organisation. Examples of this work could be:
- Process design and optimisation: Analyse current processes and work together with process owners to identify areas of improvement. Develop and implement optimised process designs to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Continuous Improvement: Define, monitor, report and analyse operations and business critical metrics for performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency of Program/project execution reducing cost and time to deliver at improved quality of delivery.

Are currently enrolled and studying towards a Masters Degree in Engineering or Project, Operations or Business Management. Candidates with alternative degrees will also be considered if they have relevant experience. And who have:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualities that will help your application stand out:
- Project management
- Data Analytics, Machine Learning, AI
- Lean six-sigma methods, process design, automation systems and business analysis
- Programming languages and integration coding such as Python, SQL, Java and Selenium
- Understanding of SoC/Semiconductor development processes

Arm Internships require you to be enrolled in a higher education degree.
French Law requires students to complete an internship agreement (Convention de Stage). This is a tripartite agreement signed by the student, their home university and host organization, that facilitates an internship in France. It is the contract defining all the essential points of the internship: duration, missions, remuneration and benefits, insurance in the event of an accident, etc.
It is preferable that Arm's own template of the agreement is used. Successful applicants will be required to provide contact details of the appropriate university representatives in order to have the agreement signed.
