Job Overview:

As a global leader in semiconductor, ARM is seeking a highly skilled Director of Strategic Alliances to lead our sales and business development engagement with a Key Strategic Partner. This role drives collaboration and growth through innovative technology solutions in the semiconductor space. It involves identifying, cultivating, and managing key commercial and technical partnerships that drive revenue growth, expand market reach within this strategic partner and successfully driving multiple strategic programs to closure with the partner.

**Candidate should be based in Seattle, Washington to support client location as needed. Candidate will work remote and visit client site as needed. No relocation assistance for this role.

Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and execute strategic business plans to strengthen ARM's relationship with the strategic partner, focusing on alignment of technology and business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on program goals, ensuring alignment with both ARM’s and Partner’s strategic interests
  •  Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to adjust strategies and maintain ARM's leadership position
  • Drive and close deals that align with long-term strategic goals, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
  • Provide insights into the silicon and semiconductor industry to guide internal teams and counterparts
  • - Regularly report on account status, including challenges, opportunities, and strategic plans to ARM’s senior     management

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field with minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or strategic account management, preferably in the technology or semiconductor industry
  • Consistent track record of leading large, strategic accounts
  •  Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior           executives
  • Strategic problem solver with a strong analytical approach

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

  • Previous experience managing large tech enterprises for a Semiconductor company
  • Background in semiconductor design or manufacturing
  •  Experience in working with global teams and navigating cross-cultural environments

In Return:

Salary Range:

From: $207,000

To: $280,600
