- Practical experience gained through university work, personal projects, competitions, internships, open-source contributions, or similar activities.
- Experience debugging software or hardware using tools such as GDB, JTAG, oscilloscopes, or logic analysers.
- An analytical and collaborative approach, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and an interest in building dependable, safety-focused software.
Additional Information:
We encourage early applications as we review them on a first come/first served basis.
In Return:
You’ll receive a starting salary of €64,500, alongside a comprehensive rewards package. As you develop in role, you’ll have clear opportunities to progress within the salary range at Arm. With mid-year and year-end reviews, you’ll have two formal progression windows each year, recognising your growth.
You can also attend our “Grad-teach-Grads” workshops, guest speaker series, and social events to expand your knowledge. If you’d like to get more involved, you can join the Graduate Committee to further develop your planning, networking, and coordination skills.
You’ll be invited to our Global Graduate Conference (GGC) — an annual event where graduates hear from executive leaders, guest speakers, and build lasting connections.
With many of our leaders and technical specialists having originally joined as a Graduate, will you be next?
