Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in creating great experiences for others? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and people-focused Workplace Coordinator to join our growing Manchester site.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a visible, hands-on role in shaping the day-to-day experience of colleagues at a dynamic Arm office. You’ll be the go-to person for all things workplace—bringing energy, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership to everything you do. Your daily presence in the office will be crucial to keeping things running smoothly and making sure our people feel supported, connected, and empowered to do their best work.

As part of the wider UK & Ireland Workplace team, reporting into the local Site Manager, you’ll be backed by experienced colleagues across the region, with room to grow into project coordination and cross-functional collaboration over time.

Job Overview:

Keep Things Running – Smoothly and Smartly

  • Be the reliable, friendly first point of contact for employees, visitors, and contractors—solving problems, answering questions, and making people feel welcome and supported.
  • Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the Manchester office: from keeping the space tidy and stocked, operating reception, to managing post, meeting rooms, and small operational workplace issues.
  • Conduct regular checks of the workspace and act quickly to resolve issues—always aiming to keep the office safe, inclusive, and high-functioning.

Work at Pace – and Stay Resilient

  • This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, can juggle multiple priorities, and stays calm and focused under pressure.
  • You’ll be expected to adapt quickly to changing needs, jump in to support others, and handle surprises with a can-do attitude and a sense of humour.

Support People – and Amplify Their Impact

  • Help new starters get set up and settled in, making sure their first experience at Arm is a great one.
  • Partner with local teams to support on-site engagement, wellbeing, and culture-building activities.
  • Collaborate with teams such as IT, Internal Comms, and Events, offering hands-on help where needed—setting up spaces, printing materials, or lending an extra pair of hands.

Liaise Locally – Connect Regionally

  • Represent Arm with professionalism when engaging with the building landlord and other tenants—supporting good communication, shared issue resolution, and smooth coordination.
  • Work closely with the wider UK Workplace team and the wider Workplace group regionally and globally, sharing updates, learning from others, and drawing on their expertise when needed.

Look Ahead – and Grow

  • This is more than a static support role—you’ll be part of a growing site where change and opportunity are constant.
  • You’ll be encouraged to take on project support tasks as the office evolves, contribute ideas for improvement, and expand your skills along the way.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a customer service, office administration, or facilities support role.
  • Experience with managing office projects, moves, adds and changes – we have an exciting relocation project coming up in Bristol this role will support!
  • Organized and diligent, with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail.
  • Resilient and adaptable—you can work at pace, stay composed, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys helping others and collaborating across teams.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office and workplace systems.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working in facilities, operations, or office coordination within a fast-growing or tech environment.
  • Familiarity with service vendors, property management, or landlord liaison.
  • Exposure to health and safety practices, sustainability initiatives, or small workplace projects.

In Return:

This is a rare opportunity to shape the culture and experience at an Arm site. You’ll be part of a supportive, regionally connected team—working locally but contributing globally. You’ll have autonomy, variety, and the chance to truly make a difference to the people around you every day.

If you’re someone who cares deeply about creating a great place to work, enjoys getting stuck in, and thrives in environments where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you.
