Job Overview

Arm’s Operations function underpins the company’s global business execution — ensuring our commercial data, tools and systems enable accuracy, compliance, and strategic decisions.

As part of the Enterprise Data & Insights team, you will join a capability-focused group supporting the lifecycle of internal contract systems. These platforms help manage contract execution, search and retrieval, royalty calculations, and insight generation — increasingly supported by AI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) capabilities.

We are looking for an Assistant Product Owner to support the evolution and delivery of this ecosystem, working alongside a lead Product Manager and cross-functional teams across Sales Ops, Legal, Licensing and Finance. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys connecting business needs with digital solutions and wants to develop their product ownership expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management and refinement of a multi-system product backlog, balancing feature development with data quality initiatives

  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Help coordinate sprint planning, demos, and UAT activities, keeping stakeholders engaged and aligned

  • Monitor system adoption, usage, and data quality; contribute to dashboards and product reporting

  • Collect and analyse user feedback to support continuous improvement and prioritisation

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Junior Product Owner, or similar role in a software or SaaS environment

  • Strong interest in product development, system thinking, and user experience

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly

  • Familiarity with dashboards and data analysis to support decision-making

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple streams of work

Nice To Have Skills and Experience

  • Exposure to internal business systems such as CRM, contract lifecycle management, or licensing platforms

  • Understanding of AI-powered tools and document search (e.g. retrieval-augmented generation)

  • Familiarity with Agile product delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps

  • Basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Agile or product-related certification (e.g. CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM)
