Job Overview:
Are you interested to lead a GPU compiler team working on a groundbreaking mobile GPU ?
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to expand our dedicated team supporting the Mali™ mobile IPs. You will join a multinational and dynamic compiler group located across UK, Sweden and Norway.
We support Graphics and Compute APIs (DirectX, OpenCL, Vulkan) and work on improving the GPU technologies that the mobile and automotive markets will see in years to come.
Responsibilities:
As Team Lead of one of our GPU Compiler teams, you will
- set objectives
- support personal development of your reports
- participate to recruitment activities
As primary contact point of the team you will also drive the resolution of customer support cases, coordinate collaborative developments with other Hardware and Software teams, and ensure compilers get sustainable performances out of our Mali GPUs.
You will also have the opportunity to make a difference by contributing to the compiler development and influencing the architecture and instruction sets.
The role could include some extra responsibilities related to our Agile development processes (Agile Lead or Product Owner).
Required Skills and Experience :
- You have some team leading experience and are interested by compiler or GPU technologies.
- Experience of the full software development lifecycle (development, test, delivery and maintenance) in a commercial environment
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :
- Knowledge of some Graphics or Compute programming languages
- Experience with the LLVM compiler framework
- Functional Safety experience would be a plus
