Join our GPU System Test team as we expand into DirectX system testing for the Mali GPU driver — technology that powers the next generation of Windows laptops and computing devices worldwide.
Our team focuses on system-level testing of the Vulkan and OpenGL ES graphics APIs, developing and analyzing automated test solutions for real-world workloads to ensure our GPUs perform reliably and efficiently across platforms.
Now, we’re creating a new team dedicated to DirectX testing, and we’re looking for motivated engineers to be part of this exciting journey. The work involves designing and building test automation, developing automated pipelines, and working with modern tools and infrastructure.
This is a unique opportunity to:
- Build your technical expertise in graphics and system testing.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers across multiple fields.
- Help define how Arm’s GPU technology is tested and validated for millions of users around the world.
What you could be doing as a Graduate?
- Develop and run automated tests for Arm’s Mali GPU DirectX driver.
- Validate graphics performance, functionality, stability, and compatibility at the system level.
- Support Microsoft WHQL certification and test a variety of real applications and games.
- Contribute to new test frameworks, pipelines, and analysis tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers, automation engineers, and performance specialists across the GPU organization.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Hold (or are on track to hold) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in Computer science, Electrical engineering or a related field by the programme start date
- Has experience of high-level programming (Python preferred)
- Has an analytical approach and ability to analyse logs and test results
Qualities that will help your application stand out:
- Experience with shell scripting (PowerShell or Bash preferred)
- Experience with Git
- Experience with Gitlab CI
