Job Overview
Arm is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Lead to help drive strategic collaborations across key ecosystem partners.
This role sits at the intersection of software platforms, system architecture, and AI systems, working across areas such as Edge AI, Physical AI, security, and system enablement. The work spans Arm-powered client and edge devices—including smartphones, large-screen compute (LSC) platforms, wearables, and IoT devices—as well as next-generation systems such as robotics and autonomous vehicles.
You will work closely with Arm engineering teams and external partners to drive day-to-day technical engagements, ensuring discussions translate into clear actions, aligned inputs, and consistent execution. The focus is practical and dedicated: helping complex, multi-team collaborations make measurable progress.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role, suited to someone who enjoys working across fields, coordinating technical workstreams, and giving to impactful ecosystem outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
Drive Technical Partner Engagements
- Give to ongoing technical collaborations with ecosystem partners across AI systems, platform software, security, and system architecture.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for specific workstreams, ensuring meetings, follow-ups, and technical discussions remain focused and productive.
- Represent Arm in partner interactions in a clear, consistent, and professional manner, advancing issues where alignment or decisions are required.
Advance Edge AI and System-Level Initiatives
- Support collaborations on Edge AI and system-level innovations, including on-device AI execution, system performance, security, and deployment across smartphones, LSC platforms, wearables, IoT devices, and emerging Physical AI systems such as robotics and autonomous vehicles.
- Work with Arm technical teams and partners to align inputs, data, and next steps for active engagements.
- Track agreed actions and ensure progress is visible and clearly communicated across partners.
Coordinate Across Teams
- Work with multiple Arm teams (AI/ML, CPU, GPU, system software, tools) to coordinate inputs required for partner engagements.
- Translate partner requirements into clear internal follow-ups, enabling efficient and consistent responses.
- Maintain awareness of engagement status, dependencies, and risks across workstreams.
Support Cross-Organization Projects and Task Forces
- Support joint technical projects and task forces by giving to planning, achievement tracking, and shared documentation.
- Drive execution by tracking actions, leading dependencies, and highlighting issues early.
- Apply structured execution practices to improve transparency, cadence, and teamwork effectiveness.
Contribute to Ecosystem Impact
- Support initiatives that drive adoption of Arm technologies across the broader ecosystem.
- Assist in preparation of materials for partner reviews, internal updates, and executive briefings.
- Supply to technical workshops, industry events, or forums as needed, working with senior partners.
Required Skills & Experience
- Understanding of software platforms, system architecture, AI systems, or security, gained through hands-on technical or adjacent roles.
- Experience working across multiple engineering teams to coordinate technical work or shared objectives.
- Experience supplying to partner or cross-company technical collaborations.
- Ability to manage everyday execution independently while seeking guidance when needed.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in partner-driven or multi-organization environments.
- Familiarity with AI/ML systems, security, or heterogeneous computing platforms.
- Experience applying program or project coordination practices in technical settings.
