This role sits within our Brand and Creative team and focuses on designing web interfaces that translate complex tech into clear, intuitive, and visually engaging experiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver digital work that’s as thoughtful as it is polished!

Job Overview:

As a Senior Web / Interface Designer, you'll shape how the world experiences our brand online. From campaign sites to core product pages, you’ll own the end-to-end design process - from concept to final asset handoff. You’ll help simplify complex ideas, apply design systems with precision, and push creative boundaries without losing sight of performance or usability.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design for web and interface projects, including corporate and product microsites.
  • Translate technical content into engaging, easy-to-navigate experiences.
  • Design clean, accessible, responsive interfaces that follow our visual identity.
  • Collaborate with writers, developers, product teams, and strategists.
  • Create wireframes, flows, mockups, and dev-ready assets.
  • Help evolve our design system and digital UI patterns.
  • Use analytics and user data to improve UX and performance.
  • Contribute to a high standard of design across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • 8+ years of professional experience in web/interface design.
  • Strong portfolio showing responsive UI work and B2B storytelling.
  • Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and developer workflows.
  • Familiar with accessibility standards (WCAG) and UX best practices.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

  • Experience in semiconductor, hardware, or embedded tech industries.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React.
  • Exposure to motion design, 3D, or interactive data visuals.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, WordPress, AEM).

In Return:

  • A hands-on role in shaping the digital face of a world-class tech brand.
  • A collaborative team that values design craft and clear thinking.
  • Competitive pay, full benefits, and flexible work arrangements.
