Do you want to help shape the future of graphics on billions of Arm-powered devices worldwide? We are building leading solutions in mobile rendering—combining the best of classic rendering techniques with the exciting new possibilities of neural graphics!
As part of our growing Strategy and Ecosystems team, you’ll conduct research that shapes the future of Arm GPU design while also providing optimization guidance to developers working with current-generation platforms and tools. Our mission is to help developers deliver the best possible graphics and gaming experiences on Arm-powered devices.
We are looking for a curious and motivated software engineer with a passion for computer graphics. If you’re eager to dive deep into the software stack, GPU architecture, and system-level performance, then this role is for you!
Responsibilities
As part of the team, you will investigate ground-breaking graphics techniques—including GPU-driven rendering, neural graphics, and other future-looking approaches. Your responsibilities will include integrating Arm technologies into engines and enabling desktop rendering paths on mobile platforms.
You will conduct optimization work and performance analysis on real-world workloads in collaboration with benchmark vendors and industry leaders, ensuring efficiency and power savings. You will support in creating technical demos and developer education materials.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong C/C++ programming skills
- Experience with a modern graphics API
- Knowledge of rendering techniques and mathematics, and their applications on game engines
- Solid debugging and profiling experience
- Clear and collaborative communication abilities
- Familiarity with real time graphics
- Interest in applying machine learning to graphics
- Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with Arm Mali or other GPU architectures
- Experience with game engines
- Understanding of the mobile software ecosystem
- Experience with Agile Scrum development
- Knowledge of Android or Linux internals
