Join a dynamic, forward-thinking team managing over £1bn in indirect spend, powered by the latest procurement technology and a bold ambition to redefine how we source, partner, and deliver value.
Responsibilities:
- Category Management - Lead and support your team in the development of multi-year category strategies and execution plans. Aligning with the business strategy across Marketing, Logistics, People Services, FM and Professional Services. Develop and implement a pipeline of projects to improve value, quality, risk and ESG performance
- Sourcing - Lead end-to-end sourcing activity for material and high value suppliers including market assessment, negotiation and contracting. Develop and maintain commercial relationships with core Corporate Service suppliers.
- Team Leadership - Lead and develop a team of four Category managers and Procurement Specialists
- Market Knowledge- Stay on top of the latest industry trends, including new suppliers and innovation. Bringing insights back into Arm.
- Stakeholder Management - Influence and collaborate with senior leaders, whilst developing positive relationships
- Responsible Sourcing - Manage supply risk and identification of mitigating actions. Ensure our suppliers are aligned to deliver against Arm's ambitious ESG objectives
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven leadership in Procurement, with a track record of building and guiding high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in Corporate Services categories
- Experience driving change and transformation
- Strong contract development and negotiation skills
- Ability to influence and engage senior leaders
- Inclusive, collaborative communication style
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Ariba S2C
- MCIPS qualification
