Join Arm’s Silicon Quality & Reliability Engineering (QRE) team and help assess and improve the reliability of solution products. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will explore how hardware faults affect system behaviour, analyse reliability data, and develop tools that make engineering analyses more efficient and repeatable.
Whatyou could be doing as a QRE Intern?
- Help develop and document a repeatable methodology for analysing the effects of soft errors in digital designs.
- Develop reusable Python scripts and AI-assisted workflows that help engineers process data, validate analysis inputs and outputs, and summarise results.
- Work with engineers across teams to understand requirements, present findings and improve the tools you build.
- Support other quality and reliability analyses across solution products.
We are looking for individuals who:
Are currently enrolled and studying towards a Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (Bachelors, Masters or PHD students welcome). Candidates with alternative degrees will also be considered if they have relevant experience.
Qualities that will help your application stand out:
- Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to technical problems.
- Programming or scripting experience, such as Python.
- An understanding of digital hardware, computer architecture or reliability concepts gained through coursework or projects.
- Confidence working with data and explaining results clearly.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn unfamiliar engineering domains.
Additional Information:
This is a 12 month internship starting June 2027.
We encourage early applications as we review them on a first come/first served basis.
