A fantastic opportunity to join our Learning & Development team. You will be responsible for executing Arm's learning strategy, including leading projects critical to Arm's success and engaging with stakeholders across the organization to identify learning needs and define solutions that impact business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the selection and implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Manage Arm’s digital learning platforms; partner with the business to identify learning needs and curate digital content
  • Liaise with stakeholders across Arm to continuously evolve Arm’s library of learning content
  • Deliver live development sessions on topics relevant to Arm
  • Engage with managers across the organization to help them succeed in leading people and teams
  • Drive engagement with Arm’s performance development process; ensure process understanding and identify opportunities to enhance the experience
  • Participate in various Learning & Development and people projects across Arm

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Extensive experience driving results through Learning & Development initiatives
  • Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems
  • Experience with digital learning tools and courseware

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

  • Prior experience in the technology industry

We are offering a hybrid approach to home and office working to provide an adaptable experience for all employees. We expect some working time to be spent in office, to promote a strong collaborative environment with good team integration but are accommodating to different home working requirements.
