We are looking for a strong, dedicated and experienced Events Manager with excellent technical skills who will lead the global events team on all things Event Tech as well as being able to support the design and delivery of exceptional Arm events. The ideal candidate will bring meticulous execution skills to help drive high-impact events!

Job Overview:

This position is integral to the events team, you will own and be responsible for all global event management tools. These tools are pivotal to the successful planning of our events, and we need someone who can own these as well as teach, mentor and train the global team. The role will also lead and deliver a portfolio of industry tradeshows globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning event tools for both events and other marketing teams, including event websites, registration pages, meeting management and much more.
  • Provide best practice and training to all users on the systems as well as reviewing and evaluating these tools to ensure we are always using the best systems.
  • Working with the digital team to ensure a consistent practice and timelines in creation and roll out of event websites and event software tools.
  • Owning and leading various aspects of events and multifaceted projects including industry trade shows and Arm hosted events.
  • Working with wider departments within marketing and outside agencies to plan stand space and show presence. Including venue finding, agendas, invites, passes, logistics, catering and onsite execution.
  • Working as part of a team to deliver whole elements of larger Arm run events these could include accommodation, invitations, catering, logistics, shipping, leading on specific sessions, social events, registration and any smaller satellite events.
  • Budget Management for all projects in your remit.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience of using and managing event management tools (Cvent, Swoogo etc.).
  • Experienced in delivering events and exhibitions independently and within a team.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of event planning processes.
  • Exceptional project and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel to event location as required, even on weekends, specific to each program assigned.

'Nice to Have' Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of events within the tech sector.
  • Experience of working on events in North America, EMEA and APAC.
