Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Staff Engineer of Software and Systems Quality Assurance to grow and lead a team working on product grade Software QA. As a team leader, you will ensure implementation, delivery and maintenance of the essential parts of Software QA lifecycle ranging from Development support to qualification, verification, certification, support and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in both Development and Quality Assurance process for MS Windows SoCs.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high performing Quality Engineering team, ensuring high quality products, and embedding a culture of continuous innovation and accountability.
- Implement the software verification and validation strategy.
- Deliver tested software releases to production-ready quality standards.
- Implement a Quality Assurance system that will support the delivery of production-ready software releases.
- Promote, educate and help drive a culture of high quality across the engineering team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Prior Quality Assurance experience on product SoCs.
- Track record of leading Quality Assurance teams.
- Experience in development and use of software test frameworks and automation tools.
- Experience in implementing and verifying Firmware and Windows Drivers.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Quality Assurance process of Windows based SoCs and corresponding certification processes.
- Basic understanding of ARM architecture and it's ecosystem.
