Job Overview
Our Solution Engineering division develops SoCs for various application segments, using the latest IP products from Arm and other vendors.
We are looking for a creative and hard-working Senior Verification Engineer to verify RTL implementing upcoming features in the ARM SoC, ensuring both new functionality and existing features meet architectural requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the RTL team in different Geography, to understand microarchitecture details
- Develop new verification environments and enhance existing verification environments, including stimulus generators, and checkers
- Verify new ARM architecture features function as specified and do not impact existing functionality
- Implement verification strategies in partnership with other verification engineers
- Contribute to continuous improvement in verification methodology based on learnings
- Mentor early-tenure verification engineers
Required Skills & Experience:
In addition to bringing your accomplishment of either Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Computer Engineering or a similar related field, you will demonstrate:
- More than 5 years of proven experience in an IP/SOC verification
- Advanced proficiency in SystemVerilog and Verilog, with deep knowledge of UVM Methodology.
- Solid understanding of SoC Verification using C Testcases
- Experience writing verification plan and test plan.
- Experience with Testbench development using any standard verification methodology
- Experience with ARM-based designs and/or ARM System Architectures
- Experience with Perl, Python or other scripting language
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with multi-functional and geographically distributed teams to accomplish tasks
"Nice to Have" Skills and Experience:
- Experience with AMBA protocols (CHI, AXI, AHB, APB, ATB), JTAG/SW/TAP.
- Hands-on experience with Arm CoreSight IP and debug/trace architectures.
- Experience with power, clock domain crossing, and reset domain crossing
- Exposure to low-power design techniques (UPF/CPF).
- Experience with DFT concepts : Scan tests and Mbist tests
