Maintain and update program schedules, trackers, and execution dashboards, using tools such as Microsoft Project and shared trackers
Track RTL deliverables, achievements, dependencies, and resource commitments, calling out issues as needed
Coordinate with RTL functional teams and the central methodology and automation (CMA) team to ensure agreed execution flows are followed
Collect, organize, and report execution metrics, and help validate that the data is accurate and reflects actual program status
Prepare clear, concise status updates and materials for leadership reviews and check-ins
Communicate clear asks and priorities to functional teams to support execution and unblock issues
Partner with SoC TPMs, die-level TPMs, and Design Verification TPMs to support alignment on achievements and handoffs
Organize and maintain clean, well-structured program documentation and repositories
Support follow-up and closure of open actions, risks, and issues across programs
