Job Description:
As part of the methodology team, the DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines, handling cloud infrastructure, and developing automation workflows to accelerate engineering productivity. This role offers the opportunity to work across cloud platforms, web technologies, and automation tools to support agile hardware and software development processes.
Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
- Handle cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to ensure reliable and scalable infrastructure.
- Develop automation scripts and tools using Python and Bash.
- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker.
- Maintain version control workflows and branching strategies using Git.
- Develop web-based tools and dashboards using React and Node.js.
- Support build processes using tools such as Makefiles and CMake.
- Handle workflows and batch jobs using schedulers like LSF.
- Collaborate in agile development environments to continuously improve DevOps practices.
Required Skills and Experience :
- 3-6 years of hands-on expertise with at least one cloud service provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding and practical experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
- Proficiency in Git for version control and teamwork.
- Solid scripting skills in Python and Bash.
- Workflow management experience with job schedulers like LSF.
- Experience developing with web frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Familiarity with build systems like Makefile and CMake.
- Consistent record working in agile development environments.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :
- Understanding of semiconductor hardware engineering processes.
- Knowledge of RTL and front-end design methodologies.
- Exposure to machine learning or AI techniques.
