The team capabilities span across system hardware, software, system interconnect, system management storage, data center infrastructure and performance engineering. The team responsibilities include customer engagements, technology selection, system design, network architecture, performance, and datacenter deployment & operations. Job Overview:

We are seeking a top-tier Program Manager to lead our end-to-end program development and execution for AI Platform development. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in hardware product development, ODM/OEM design and manufacturing, supplier and customer account management, and engineering project leadership. This role is pivotal in aligning and coordinating cross-functional efforts across electrical, mechanical, power, systems, software, firmware, network, and data center engineering teams, ensuring seamless execution from design through deployment. This role requires a strategic leader with a consistent track record of driving multi-functional teams, optimizing operations, and ensuring successful product releases.

Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Execution:

  • Drive the entire hardware product development lifecycle, including server, storage, and data center infrastructure programs.
  • Lead multi-functional teams (engineering, business, operations, supply chain) to ensure successful new product development (NPD) and timely launches.
  • Oversee end-to-end integrated schedule development and management, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals.
  • Translate strategic objectives into detailed execution plans, with aligned timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Identify and resolve program risks, remove roadblocks, and get results in complex, high-stakes environments.

Engineering & Infrastructure:

  • Lead server platform development, including multi-functional efforts across electrical, mechanical, power, systems, software, firmware, network, and data center engineering teams
  • Manage vendor relationships with ODM, JDM, OEM, and contract manufacturing partners to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison between suppliers, customers, and internal teams, ensuring all program achievements are met.
  • Drive supplier management strategies, including RFI/RFP processes, budget negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Provide executive-level reporting, including financial forecasting, budget oversight, and business operations management.

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement:

  • Develop and implement standard methodologies for engineering operations, including process development, cost management, and resource planning.
  • Mentor and coach program managers, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize manufacturing operations and supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Proven experience in program management, engineering operations, and hardware development within the data center, server, or storage industry.
  • Strong expertise in server development processes, data center infrastructure, and ODM/OEM manufacturing operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership in multi-functional program management, supplier negotiations, and customer account management.
  • Experience running large-scale budgets ($1M - $20M+), business operations, and process development.
  • Exceptional ability to lead multiple concurrent complex programs across global teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

  • Experience leading high-performance computing (HPC) programs.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and hardware lifecycle management.
  • Previous experience with Tier 1 service providers, cloud infrastructure companies, or enterprise IT organizations.

Salary Range:

$250,400-$338,800 per year
