What We’re Looking For:
Someone who is curious, collaborative, and revels in working with evolving technical specifications, involving hands-on work in our data centers and labs in Austin, and operating within a dynamic environment that frequently involves physical tasks and occasional travel to the UK.
Must-haves:
- Comfortable using the Linux command-line
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (what cables go where, and why)
- Familiarity with cable and connector types, and understanding when they matter
- Ability to work with large/awkward system hardware (occasional two person lift)
- Comfortable working in warm and noisy environments (PPE provided)
- PCB schematic reading
- PCB soldering and rework skills
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, Not Need to Have):
Whether from jobs, or a hobby—we’d love to hear about any of these:
