Job Overview:
Arm is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Schedule Project Manager to lead integrated planning and program execution across our Data Center Engineering organization. You will be instrumental in aligning technical program achievements, leading interdependencies, and supporting capital planning efforts in support of sophisticated compute infrastructure for AI and HPC. This is a high-impact opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, technically sophisticated environments.
Responsibilities:
- Program Bootstrapping & Ownership: Drive transparency and structure in ambiguous problem spaces, launching and leading multi-functional programs with minimal pre-defined processes.
- Integrated Scheduling: Build and maintain detailed program schedules, identifying dependencies across engineering, lab buildouts, hardware procurement, and deployment cycles.
- Risk Management: Understand complex technology roadmaps and identify schedule, technical, and cross-team risks-proactively develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Execution Leadership: Demonstrate thought leadership across multiple collaborators, influencing program direction, establishing success criteria, and handling delivery achievements.
- Multi-functional Collaboration: Serve as the go-to partner concern point for execution within your program domain, working across engineering, operations, and leadership to drive alignment.
- Technical Fluency: Engage with engineers and architects to track deliverables such as infrastructure specs, diagrams, test plans, and launch readiness documentation.
- Process Optimization: Define and evolve program management standard methodologies and operational processes to improve efficiency in a constantly evolving technical environment.
- Financial Planning & Tracking: Partner with finance to align budget forecasts, track capital spend against schedules and support ongoing infrastructure investments.
- Reporting & Communication: Deliver timely updates through dashboards and reporting frameworks to drive decision-making and visibility at the leadership level.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success leading sophisticated technical programs or schedules across multi-functional infrastructure teams.
- Strong experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar).
- Proven track record to navigate ambiguity, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment across partners.
- Deep understanding of technical development lifecycles in HPC, AI, or infrastructure environments.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Comfortable with fast paced environment that is rapidly developing and changing.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :
- PMP or similar project management certification.
- Experience in data center, lab infrastructure or hardware development environments.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with financial systems and tools.

Salary Range:
