Job Overview:
The Technology Manager position is responsible for understanding, consolidating and driving technology solutions with a focus on Arm products across market segments including Infrastructure, Automotive, Client, and IoT.
In this position, you will lead technical compute subsystem implementation engagements with partners to define key technology requirements and drive solutions across multiple target segments in conjunction with Engineering, IP/Ecosystem, Design Services teams, Product and Business Development.
You will also lead benchmarking activities to understand the key technologies necessary to enable best PPAC/Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) across the target market segments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and build deep trust-based relationships with Foundry/ASIC customers’ teams to understand their Si technology needs, application requirements and jointly define the best technology/platform solutions to enable customer’s products
- Work with customer teams to map their requirements to existing foundry technology, packaging architectures, interface and other third-party IP.
- Work with the Lines of Business (LoBs) product management, internal solution engineering.
- Work with a varied internal and external customers across multiple segments spanning Infrastructure, Mobile, Automotive and IOT customers across multiple technology nodes.
- Enable Arm compute solutions (Process, IP, advanced packaging, ASIC etc) with Technology, Ecosystem, Enablement, Design Services and Business development teams.
- This includes any new potential partnerships with both Internal and External teams.
- Attend conferences with the goal of publishing technology solutions for Arm products
Required Skills and Experience :
Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or related Physical Science with 10+ years of experience or Masters in Electrical Engineering or related Physical Science with 7+ Years of Industry Experience or PhD in Electrical Engineer or related Physical Science with 5+ years of Industry Experience.
- Knowledge of CMOS fundamentals, Device Physics, Advanced Process technology, circuit design concepts, device-technology interactions, scaling trends and their forthcoming challenges.
- Experience in Logic Technology development and working with Foundries is a plus.
- Broad understanding of systems and application requirements (eg product architecture, key IPs, packaging, design services, ASIC, key standards etc)
- Experience with PPA analysis across libraries, memory compilers and driven benchmarking
- Experience in Infrastructure and Automotive segments requirements including reliability and functional safety.
- A passionate learner, you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to help build understanding.

Salary Range:
