Job Overview:
The Solutions Engineering Operations team is looking for an Operations Analyst Recent Graduate who is eager to apply technical and analytical skills in the semiconductor industry. This role is perfect for someone who is curious, thorough, and passionate about solving problems while driving efficiency through data analysis and automation.
Whatyou could be doing as an Operations Analyst?
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track semiconductor quality, performance, and issue resolution.
- Analyze design, production, and test data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Automate reports and workflows to streamline process and reduce manual tasks.
- Support debugging and root cause analysis, and process optimization with cross-functional teams.
- Document findings and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
We are looking for individuals who:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with semiconductor processes, SoC design, or digital/ASIC design fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
- Basic programming or scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) to support automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving approach, with a passion for continuous learning.
Qualities that will help your application stand out:
- Exposure to semiconductor test, validation, or quality flows.
- Experience working with databases or data pipelines.
- Knowledge of structured problem-solving methods (e.g., root cause analysis).
- Curiosity about applying automation to simplify workflows.

Salary Range:
