Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Customer Success team within a top semiconductor company? Then we have just the role for you! We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Customer Success Representative to help our Asia Pac customers be successful.

This role offers you a great opportunity to help define the customer success model as the first employee in the Asia Pacific region, from onboarding customers to our online portal to supporting sales in the salesforce quoting process. You will learn develop skills using an assortment of channels, including email, salesforce, Highspot and more. You will collaborate with a wide variety of colleagues such as our Sales, Field Application Engineers and Corporate functions.

The Sales and Partner Enablement (SPE) organization's Vision is to elevate Arm's technologies and solutions through an industry-leading customer experience by focusing on partner success. As a member of SPE, your role is to ensure that existing partners have the best possible experience of working with Arm.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for a range of activities aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving success across various teams.

  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process using our dedicated portal, ensuring a smooth and efficient start.
  • Monitor Customer Activities: Utilize reporting and analytic signals to keep track of customer activities and identify key trends and insights.
  • Actionable Insights: Act on analytic signals to coordinate efforts across sales, application engineering, and operations teams, maximizing customer success.
  • Maintain Playbooks: Develop and maintain collateral for customer success playbooks, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
  • Collaborate on Initiatives: Work closely with global sales operations to implement and improve initiatives aimed at enhancing customer success.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Platform experience working in Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ as an Enterprise CRM system to create, manage and monitor accounts, proposals and more.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Capable of working in a team or independently with minimal direction or supervision.
  • Creativity, with an open mind to different perspectives.
  • Attention to detail.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

  • Experience creating playbooks
  • Working with ERP tools such as SAP or Oracle
  • Managing data like account, contact, products, quotes & orders
  • Additional experience in Sales tools like Highspot or a similar sales enablement platform to create compelling content
