Job Overview:
This role directs brand and creative work in a region that plays a key role in Arm’s long-term growth. It involves close collaboration with global counterparts in the US and Europe to shape cohesive and relevant creative across markets. The remit includes campaign development, product and developer storytelling, event creative, and co-marketing with key partners.
Experience leading creative in the technology sector is essential, as is an understanding of regional nuance, particularly in China. AI tools are part of the everyday workflow, so comfort with generative design methods and creative automation is important. The position also includes people leadership, with one direct report and plans to grow regional capability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead creative work for events and experiences with a strong focus on execution in the China market.
- Support and evolve partner co-marketing initiatives, building strong visual alignment and storytelling with regional partners.
- Shape creative activation of Arm's F1 sponsorship platforms in the region
- Guide the use of AI-enabled tools and workflows across the creative process to improve speed, quality, and scalability.
- Act as regional brand guardian, helping ensure consistency, craft, and cultural relevance across every touchpoint.
Required Skills and Experience :
- At least 15 years of creative leadership experience across APAC, including extensive time working in or with China.
- Background in brand and campaign development for technology companies, ideally in semiconductors or computing. Agency experience a plus.
- Experience integrating AI tools (e.g. GenAI, design automation platforms) into creative workflows.
- Based in Taiwan (or willing to relocate), with regular regional travel expected.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :
- Familiarity with developer marketing, technical storytelling, or open-source communities.
- Writing, or motion background alongside leadership experience.
In Return:
This role offers the opportunity to help shape one of the most visible and forward-facing regions for the Arm brand. Teamwork is global, the work is high-impact, and the team values thoughtful, clear, and culturally aware creativity. This is a chance to help define what Arm’s brand looks and feels like as it grows deeper roots in the region.
