As a key member of Arm's North America Workplace team, you'll lead the delivery of high-impact, people-focussed workplaces across several sites - starting with our vibrant San Jose office. San Jose is a leading office here at Arm - it's our US HQ supporting various business teams and enabling functions, along with several senior leaders and members of our Executive Committee.
You'll own and optimize local facilities operations using data and outstanding customer service and engagement to lead exciting and connected projects with operational delivery that inspire our team to create brilliant, inclusive spaces for Arm people to do their best work. You will support the workplace strategy development and leadership across the North America region.

Responsibilities:
Workplace Operations & Service Delivery
- Champion a high-impact, people-focussed workplace service and experience - shaped by feedback, data, and evolving needs.
- Lead the team delivering daily facilities and workplace operations in San Jose, ensuring outstanding customer service, clear communication, and a proactive positive engagement mentality
- Support operations in our San Diego, Chandler and Seattle offices, ensuring alignment and connection.
- Proactively lead partner vendors and contracts - formulating tactical plans, influencing performance and value, and embedding continuous improvement, aligned to Arm's high standards for safety, compliance, and sustainability.
- Own and run local financial budgets; shape and influence regional investment planning.
Project Leadership (Fit-Outs & Tenant Improvements)
- Lead end-to-end delivery of workplace projects across multiple North America offices including San Jose and our new office Seattle office. Responsible for all phases from scoping, budgeting, and vendor selection through to design, construction, commissioning, and operational handover.
- Drive excellence by leading partnerships with external design and project management teams, general contractors, and internal partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with a focus on quality, sustainability, and inclusive design.

People & Team Leadership
- Build, coach, and lead a high-performing, diverse team across multiple locations, fostering adaptability and continuous learning.
- Shape the local and regional workplace operating model to support growth and adaptability.
- Champion inclusion, psychological safety, and diverse thinking that drives innovation and team resilience.
Partner & Strategic Engagement
- Be the senior Workplace voice across supported sites - connecting with our people, local leaders, and global collaborators.
- Build trusted relationships with internal teams, landlords, and vendors to enable seamless delivery.
- Represent Workplace in regional and cross-functional initiatives, turning strategy into measurable outcomes and influencing senior customers.
- Bring energy and purpose to internal local communities - help create an office experience that's connected and fun!
North America Business Operations
- Partner closely with the Director to shape and drive North America Workplace strategy, ensuring alignment with Arm’s global goals.
- Develop and maintain regional operating frameworks, standards, and guidelines that promote consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across sites.
- Lead the design and execution of workplace reporting and data analytics, building stronger data-driven insights to inform strategy, decision making, and investment planning.
- Coordinate procedural documentation, policy development, and process improvements, ensuring clarity, compliance, and scalability across the region.
- Support initiatives and special projects focused on workplace improvement, innovation, and employee experience enhancement.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience leading workplace operations and delivering capital projects across multi-site portfolios. Strong operational knowledge across FM, vendor performance, budgeting, compliance, and service design.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments, including lab and server room operations.
- Service and employee experience approach with clear experience in delivering exceptional workplace services and experiences for our people.
- Experience with data systems and analysis to drive data lead, informed decision making.
- Strong business operations mentality, with proven ability to create and implement operating models, processes, and frameworks.
- Confident communicator and collaborator, with the ability to influence and engage across levels and functions.
- Track record of delivering at pace and navigating complexity with clarity, focus, and positivity.
- Passion for inclusive, sustainable, and people-centric workplace experience and design.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities, Real Estate, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
Salary Range:
$143,700-$194,500 per yearWe value people as individuals and our dedication is to reward people competitively and equitably for the work they do and the skills and experience they bring to Arm.
