Salary: $280,500 – $379,500 base salary per year. Exceptional benefits/total rewards package

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). The Senior Director, HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor, coach, and change agent, playing a pivotal role in organizational design, talent management, leadership development and employee engagement initiatives within a fast-paced, evolving global environment. You will translate business needs into HR priorities, ensuring the effective delivery of HR programs and services that are both globally consistent and locally relevant.
You will work closely in partnership with the leaders of some of their most dynamic and fast-paced Sales, Marketing, and Product groups to ensure employees and the organization are fully aligned to deliver their business strategies!

Key Accountabilities:
- Partner with your leadership teams to bring a people lens to strategic and operational initiatives and problems, operating as a trusted member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- Support, coach, and challenge leaders on key people’s decisions.
- Support leadership teams in ensuring their groups are effective, efficient, and operating in a way that fully supports business strategy.
- Connect leaders with the right expertise and resources within the People group, ensuring work and driving self-service where appropriate.
- Bring global People strategy to life in your groups, tailoring it to the group context where needed.
- Develop leadership, people, and organizational capabilities through development programs and coaching.
- Lead a particular strategic domain for the People group. Deliver related projects, offer expert advice to colleagues in and beyond the people team.
Qualifications
· Significant experience partnering with executives and their leadership teams in designing and delivering a people agenda across global groups.
· Prior experience as an HR Business Partner (preferably to Sales, Marketing, and/or Product organizations – working directly with C-Suite level stakeholders.
· Track record of resolving complex people issues, deploying expertise and judgement in balancing business and employee-centric perspectives. Commercial decision-making and afocus on delivering business outcomes.
· Articulate, confident communication with style.
· Strong ability to get work done through teamwork across a global matrix organization.
· Breadth of HR expertise across the full employee lifecycle with deep expertise in one or more people/talent/organization specialisms.
· Software orientation or has previously supported a sales/marketing organization that sells into hyperscale cloud companies is preferred.
· Prior management consulting experience.
· Top-tier slide deck presentation (power point, etc.) creation experience; with the ability to present this information to high-level stakeholders concisely.
· Must have strong writing skills, with the ability to build and present a business case.
· M&A integration experience is plus.
Salary Range:
