- Provide ER guidance during periods of organizational change, including restructures, role eliminations, and changes in reporting lines.
- Provide coaching to leaders on navigating difficult conversations, feedback, and interpersonal challenges.

- Act as the on-the-ground regional partner in San Jose and Seattle, developing deep, trust-based relationships with leaders and managers.
- Work closely with managers to build their leadership and people management capabilities, offering coaching and support to improve team effectiveness.
- Actively surface trends, insights, and local challenges and play these back to the Group People Business Partners to influence broader strategy and program design.
- Align the regional people agenda with global strategy while tailoring to local needs and context.
- Be a visible advocate for Arm’s 10x Impact philosophy, helping the business achieve scalable, high-impact outcomes through its people.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation:
- Ensure adherence to Arm’s policies and compliance with employment law.
- Use data to identify potential risks, trends, and opportunities for proactive intervention and people experience improvement.
- Interpret ER metrics and partner feedback to inform strategic planning.

- Proven expertise in employee relations, including managing complex cases, investigations, and performance matters, ideally within California and broader North America.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. federal and California state employment law, including FMLA, ADA, and accommodation procedures.
- Experience advising senior leaders on ER strategy and managing sensitive matters with sound judgment and discretion.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and translate insights into action.
- Prior experience supporting technical or engineering functions is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, global organization and navigating complexity with agility.
