- Assist customers with performance analysis, benchmarking, and workload optimization on Arm server platforms.
- Assist with TCO analysis based on customer configurations.
- Experience in prioritizing issues at customer site and engaging with core engineering teams to drive resolution.
- Drive proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements to demonstrate performance, efficiency, and total cost of ownership benefits of Arm-based servers.
- Capture customer feedback and requirements, and relay insights to Arm product, architecture, and ecosystem teams.
- Develop and deliver technical documentation, guidelines, and customer-specific enablement materials.
- Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions to customer engineering teams and decision-makers.
- Support competitive analysis and positioning to help customers understand Arm’s differentiation in the server SoC landscape.
Who You Are
- A technically strong engineer who enjoys working directly with customers and influencing platform adoption.
- Comfortable discussing system-level architecture and diving deep into low-level technical details when needed.

- Strong understanding of server system architecture (CPU cores, memory subsystems, interconnects, I/O).
- Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience with Linux system bring-up, debugging, performance analysis, and toolchains.
- Hands on experience with server deployment in data-centers, including debugging/troubleshooting field issues.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed (approximately 20–30%).
Preferred Qualifications
