Job Overview:

An exciting role has opened in our External Communications team as a Social Media Specialist!

This role offers an incredibly unique chance to have an impact on the company building the future of AI, where you’ll focus on driving organic social media and employee advocacy for a global, respected, leading technology platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize agility and speed to break down corporate and technical messaging for online communities on LinkedIn, X and Instagram
  • Use your expertise to independently advise on social strategy, considering corporate, employee and executive channels
  • Use your deep understanding of the current social landscape and passion for the semiconductor industry to create compelling content that prioritizes social-first formats
  • Build our online audiences through daily community management and proactively engage with relevant tech enthusiasts, developers and partners
  • Share regular updates on post-performance data with actionable insight to ensure continuous improvement in your role and enhance our channels and employee advocacy program.

Required Skills:

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment to confidently deliver organic social copy and assets for the corporate channels, employee advocates and executives
  • Previous experience working in social media for a B2B / technology agency, or large tech company, with the skills to balance several demanding projects at once
  • Confident independently prioritizing requests of various stakeholders at all levels, and can build strong working relationships within the organization
  • Great teammate committed to delivering all work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail

“Nice To Have” Skills:

  • Strong understanding of graphic design and video production using accessible tools like Canva, VN etc.
  • Knowledge of paid social and influencer campaign activation
  • Confident creating social media assets using existing templates
  • Experience in community management and engaging online audiences
