We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to lead our team of amazing business analysts within the business partnering function. We partner with all areas of the organisation to understand business requirements, develop achievable plans, and deliver business value through change.

As a superb communicator, you will utilise emotional intelligence, analytical ability, and networking skills to gather requirements, and influence individuals and teams, leading by example to deliver Arm's goals.

You will lead on a variety of exciting change initiatives, analysing problems and opportunities, determining business needs, and owning the definition of user stories. You will actively help build the BA capability through leading, coaching and sharing expertise.

Responsibilities:

Being a lead business analyst at Arm means collaborating with people across the company to deliver change and driving the BA team to excel. We'll expect you to:

  • Independently plan, and drive business analysis activities across multiple key initiatives, handling any conflicting priorities that occur.
  • Own the business and functional requirements, working closely with technical team leads and senior level stakeholders to prioritise and refine backlogs based off business roadmaps.
  • Investigate business needs end-to-end, working with people around Arm to find optimal solutions and analysing the impact of change.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects and technical leads to assist in the development of solution roadmaps.
  • Build the BA skillset through training and standardisation of methodologies.
  • Develop BA team to portfolio alignment and succession plan.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Problem identification, management and resolution for complex issues.
  • Elicitation and development business requirements.
  • Process mapping.
  • Team Leadership.
  • Working with and influencing individuals at every level.
  • Flexibility to structure and prioritise your own work and the teams work.
  • Able to recognise and handle ambiguity.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

  • Workshop facilitation, alongside highly-developed presentation skills.
  • Experience of delivering on several, multi-functional projects simultaneously.
  • Working as part of a globally distributed team!
  • Experience of working on enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Success Factors, SAP S/4HANA, or Sitecore.
  • Familiar with Jira and Confluence, as well as the MS Office suite, especially Excel and Visio.
  • BCS Business Analysis Foundation accreditation or above!
