This is a pivotal leadership role in our global Workplace team, responsible for leading an ambitious, people-centric agenda that enables outstanding workplace service and experiences, fuels innovation, and supports the performance and wellbeing of thousands of Arm people.
As a key member of the global Workplace Leadership Team, you’ll bring energy, clarity, purpose and influence to drive operational excellence, capital project delivery, and bold transformation. You’ll work closely with our senior leaders, enabling function partners, and external collaborators to turn strategy into action and impact.
Responsibilities:
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Champion our Workplace strategy and operational facilities services and delivery through a clear and compelling regional strategy aligned to our global ambition.
- Lead operations, service excellence, and team performance across our offices in Cambridge, Manchester, Sheffield, Bristol and Galway
- Shape, own, and deliver pivotal initiatives to optimise space, operations, and people engagement and experience.
Capital Projects & Workplace Evolution
- Lead successful delivery of high-impact capital projects – including our growing office in Cambridge – enabling sustainable, inclusive, and people-focussed future-ready workplace solutions.
- Deliver projects from inception to handover, ensuring clarity, pace, and alignment with our goals and partner expectations.
- Collaborate closely with internal partners, including IT, Procurement, and our Business Groups to anticipate needs and scale delivery.
People & Team Leadership
- Encourage and grow a high-performing, complementary team, embedding inclusion, resilience, and a growth mindset.

- Build a robust and scalable operating model that supports growth and adaptability across sites.
Partnerships & Influence
- Be the trusted Workplace leader across the region – engaging actively with senior leaders, site leads, global partners and our external partners and landlords.
- Represent Workplace in cross-functional and strategic forums, connecting insights to action.
- Drive performance and innovation with vendor partners – ensuring service excellence and value for money.
Data, Budgets & Compliance
- Own and run regional operating budgets and capital forecasts, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Leverage data to inform decisions, forecast needs, and proactively handle risk.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance aligned with Arm’s global risk, audit, and sustainability policies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace, project management areas
- Proven experience leading a regional workplace or real estate portfolio in a dynamic, matrixed organisation. Deep knowledge of FM, operational excellence, vendor management, and service delivery standard processes.
- Strong background of delivering capital projects and evolving workplace strategies at scale.
- Confident, collaborative leader with the ability to engage and influence at senior levels.
- Experience leading budgets, project portfolios, and regional teams with a focus on growth and simplification.
- Passionate about inclusive, sustainable, people-first workplaces and crafting measurable impact.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
- Experience in fast-paced innovation and technology environments.
- Professional certifications or qualifications such as MRICS, IWFM, IFMA, PMP, or equivalent.
