We are looking for a Project Manager, Global Workforce Development Programs to provide the program discipline that makes the Workforce Development function executable across multiple engagements.
This role will maintain portfolio visibility across commitments, risks, dependencies, timelines, and capacity. It will help ensure the function can prioritize effectively, operate with control, and execute against agreed plans. It will suit someone who is comfortable building structure where processes are still being established.
What could you be doing as a Project Manager, Global Workforce Development Programs?
- Build and maintain portfolio visibility across active and emerging programs
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, resources utilization, and decisions across engagements
- Run reporting cadence and provide portfolio insight to leadership
- Support prioritization and sequencing decisions across constrained capacity
- Create and maintain frameworks for governance, escalation, and engagement tracking
- Work with technical, partnership, and framework leads to keep plans realistic and executable
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements where needed
- Support structured execution across multiple concurrent programs
We are looking for individuals with:
Strong experience in portfolio management, program management, PMO, or complex operational delivery
Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and cross-functional dependencies
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong judgment and ability to surface trade-offs clearly
Experience working in complex matrixed organizations
Ability to combine planning discipline with practical problem-solving
This is a global role supporting Workforce Development programs across multiple markets. Working across time zones and some international travel may be required depending on program needs.
You will help build the control layer for an emerging strategic function and directly influence what Arm can credibly commit to and deliver.
