This exciting opportunity is for an experienced product manager to join our team in Cambridge, UK, on a 12-month contract. The Partner Enablement Group is responsible for supporting Arm’s partners across all markets, increasing the likelihood of them getting to market quickly and efficiently with high-quality Arm based products. This role involves understanding our partners’ business and technical requirements and helping to evolve our support services and business models to improve their experience and success. The selected candidate will have the chance to work alongside a wide range of experts and teams from across the company and also Arm’s partners.
Responsibilities
Product management for support services, Arm Professional Services, Design Reviews and Service Tokens. This involves:
- Obtaining a strong understanding of Arm’s partners’ support requirements, identifying opportunities to improve their experience.
- Specifying and leading the introduction of new support and design assistance services.
- Developing and evolving pricing strategies and business models to maximise revenue and growth, working closely with both licensing and legal teams.
- Developing strong product positioning and communicating this clearly to the sales force, helping them to articulate the value of our support services.
- Assisting the sales team and partners with enquiries, advising on the best-fit services and available options.
- Speaking with partners to promote and solicit feedback on our services, as well as all Arm’s products.
- Defining a clear roadmap for support products, and keeping this up to date.
- Working with product managers across Arm to ensure roadmap alignment.
- Sending out the Support Hub partner-facing newsletters on a quarterly basis.
Product management for certain support channels such as Zendesk Live Chat, and the Arm Support Hub.
This role will involve coordinating the migration from Zendesk Live Chat to Salesforce Live Agent.
Some additional project work will be required, such as:
- Leading partner trials and the launch of new Arm Professional Services for key markets.
- Rolling out self-service design-checklists for our partners online within the IP Explorer tool.
- Driving forward Arm’s support strategy project, looking at the best way to support different tiers of partners
- Leading on future Content Innovation Days within the Group, as part of our tech touch / self-service strategy.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in product management, preferably for technical services.
- Experience in owning product strategies and defining product roadmaps.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to schedule and prioritize own workload and plan tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work well within and across teams to get things done.
- A good understanding of Arm technologies, products and markets.
