Overview:
This temporary position (2 years) is responsible for managing office operations, facility services, and workplace safety. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, provides IT and administrative support, and coordinates an office relocation planned for September 2025.
In addition to planning and executing the move, the role will oversee post-relocation activities such as defect management, coordination of missing equipment, and continuous communication with the property management until a stable "business as usual" state is achieved.

Qualifications & Skills
- Degree or experience in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in office or facility management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic work environment.
- Experience working in international companies, ideally in the tech industry
- Experience with procurement systems like Ariba is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across teams and external partners
