Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing, SAP Finance solutions in S4 environment. The role is pivotal in driving strategic roadmap and operational performance of SAP Finance initiatives and services. Maintain a balance between technical proficiency, driving business value and a good understanding of SAP Finance products.
You will have robust DevOps project management and delivery skills, with a verifiable history of delivering complex software projects.
A strong combination of SAP Finance technical knowledge and experience of multiple implementations in S/4 HANA is needed. Hold at least a B.Tech in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with at least 12 years of overall SAP experience of which a minimum of 8 years in SAP Finance and implementing S4.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Arm businesses to create, implement and lead SAP Finance solutions, products, and services.
- Design and Deliver S4 Finance change initiatives and projects.
- Identify areas of technical improvements to drive business value
- Transform SAP products and services to stay lockstep with advances in technologies and changes to the business environment.
- Maintain and/or improve SAP products and services through continuous improvement using a best-practice approach.
Required Skills and Experience:
Deep technical knowledge from prior experience in a SAP Finance, in a Fiori based landscape:
- SAP FI modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
- SAP CO modules such as Cost Element Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, Activity-Based Costing, Product Cost Controlling, and Profitability Analysis.
- SAP Group Reporting (GR) functionalities, including but not limited to group accounting and consolidation.
In addition, non-technical skills should include:
- Proficiency in delivering via DevOps (CI/CD), Waterfall and Agile practices and frameworks such as PRINCE2, Scrum or Kanban, including highly accurate estimation of development tasks.
- Knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies and the ability to implement processes that ensure the SAP team's outputs meet the Arm standards.
- Ability to have a clear vision and a self motivated and independently drive results.
- Understand team strengths and weaknesses and handle interpersonal dynamics with sensitivity.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
- Any relevant SAP technical certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP FICO.
- SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) functionalities, including revenue recognition, contract management, and revenue reporting.
- Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS 15) and American standards (ASC 606) for revenue recognition, and how they are implemented in SAP RAR.
