About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Senior Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) based in Bangalore. This individual will design and implement ambitious, scalable, and impactful learning strategies that accelerate the growth of leaders, managers, and team members alike, in our growing organization.

From technical fluency to manager enablement and team effectiveness, you will architect a learning strategy that strengthens our 10x culture and drives tangible business outcomes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the global L&D team to roll out enterprise-wide programs while localizing initiatives that address the specific needs of our Bangalore-based engineering and leadership community.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Technical Development:

  • Curate and facilitate development programs to strengthen the skills, mentality, and strategic capabilities of people leaders at all levels.
  • Ensure continuous access to technical training, certifications, and knowledge-sharing platforms that build deep technical excellence.
  • Embed Arm’s Leadership Principles (10x Mindset) into programs to drive culture transformation and performance.
  • Partner with local leaders to design and facilitate impactful team offsite, using leadership assessment tools to fostering alignment, collaboration, and team cohesion.
  • Use data and analytics to measure effectiveness, scalability, and business impact of all offerings.
  • Build and handle partnerships with local learning providers to deliver cost-effective, scalable, and innovative solutions.

Ecosystem Building

  • Develop a comprehensive learning ecosystem that integrates digital learning pathways, leadership communities, and immersive development experiences.
  • Partner with the global L&D team to adapt and implement global programs for regional relevance and scalability.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with local leaders, HR business partners, and subject matter experts to identify and address key learning priorities.
  • Drive participation in and awareness of learning initiatives through impactful communication and organizational change strategies.
  • Support and amplify local initiatives, including technical conferences, hackathons, and diversity events.
  • Launch and sustain mentoring programs, internal learning networks, and knowledge-sharing forums that connect learners across functions and geographies.
  • Contribute to an effective manager onboarding experience, ensuring seamless integration and accelerated performance.

Coaching and Mentoring:

  • Champion a leader-led learning culture, empowering managers to facilitate manager labs, peer learning sessions, and coaching conversations.
  • Build capability among people leaders to coach for performance and growth, ensuring consistent application of 10x Mindset.
  • Create frameworks and toolkits that help managers and mentors provide feedback, support development goals, and foster career mobility.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development, preferably within a technology or engineering organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering large-scale learning programs, including digital, experiential, and blended formats.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Experience working at a fast pace in a global matrix organization and collaborating across cultural and functional boundaries.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences from technical engineers to senior leaders.
  • Excellent project management skills and a sense of urgency, ability to overcome obstacles to achieve results; Resourceful and driven.
  • Experience handling vendors and budgets to deliver efficient and high-quality program outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
