Job Overview:
We are seeking a resourceful, versatile, and driven individual to join our team of diverse Scrum Masters within Arm's IT Value Delivery Office. You will support delivery teams to be the best they can be, mentoring them to develop achievable plans and to deliver against commitments
As a superb communicator with an eye for detail, you will provide outstanding Scrum Master support to a range of teams across different geographic areas. Spanning a variety of exciting change programmes, you will a key part in a fast-paced environment, and be able to employ your knowledge and experience to the benefit of others.
Responsibilities:
- Support teams across a global IT function, with a focus on facilitation, encouraging local decision making.
- Help teams to use appropriate techniques to achieve success; identifying blockers & dependencies early and facilitating removal.
- Supporting colleagues in using Jira and other tools to plan work in line with capacity, and observe progress against those plans.
- Using metrics at team and group level to help drive continuous improvement
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Scrum Master supporting multi-functional technical teams.
- Experience of facilitating multiple teams, applying Scrum principles & practices.
- Good understanding of servant-leadership management, facilitation, situational awareness, and continuous improvement.
- Practised professional using Jira (Data Centre) and advance JQL searches.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
- General conceptual understanding of software engineering and/or IT infrastructure.
- Understanding of Lean and Systems thinking.
- Professional Scrum Master level 1 (PSM1 or equivalent).
