Job Title::SAP SCM/ Logistics Lead
Job Description
- Lead a team to design, develop, implement, and maintain SAP Logistics and manufacturing solutions. Drive strategic roadmap and operational performance. Balance technical proficiency, team leadership, and SAP SCM product knowledge.
- Strong SAP MM, technical knowledge and team leadership experience. Hold a B.Tech in computer science, engineering, or related field, with a total experience of 12+ years in various SAP SCM Modules with at least 5 years of functional leadership, building, recruiting, training, and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Robust DevOps project management and delivery skills, with a history of delivering complex software projects.
- Have a mutli-module SAP knowledge in SAP MM, WM, PP, APO, QM across the SAP S/4 product landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and run the global SAP SCM functional competency team resources, coordinate and mentor to drive solution excellence.
- Drive business engagement and ensure requirements are validated, clear, understood, solutioned and fully documented to ensure operational and audit compliance.
- Setup and lead the team for SCM, which includes goal setting, feedbacks and performance reviews.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a SAP SCM, including manufacturing and planning functionalities, in a Fiori based landscape possessing strong configuration and solution design experience.
- Understanding of the business and the SAP product set to effectively analyse the current state and how changes may need to be made to implement an optimized SAP solution.
- Demonstrated track record of thought leadership in Supply Chain processes and been an ally to process owners.
- Led a team as a Line Manager and has experience in people development.
- Strong analytic skills, technical knowledge and the ability to write at a publication quality level in order to communicate findings and recommendations to senior colleagues.
- Validated high levels of proficiency in the design, configuration and testing in the areas of:
- Hands on experience on Procurement process life cycle, Inventory Management, Material Master Data, Vendor Master Data, and integration with other modules.
- Understand the complete material management functions.
- SAP planning of Supply & demand in PP/APO.
- Analysis, Planning and management of order based capacity.
- Solid understanding on 3PL setup and integrations across multiple partners using CPI and other middleware.
- Proficiency in delivering via DevOps (CI/CD), Waterfall and Agile practices including highly accurate estimation of development tasks.
- Knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies and the ability to implement processes that ensure the SAP team's outputs meet the Arm standards.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
- Reading and debug knowledge of ABAP.
- Any relevant SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Procurement, Sourcing or Manufacturing.
- Knowledge on interfaces in CPI, IDoC and other middleware for an end-to-end process/ landscape integration!
- Experience of working in a SoX governed environment
- Supports IT Operations and setting up an operations team!
