You will also chair SAP landscape, release, change and environment governance forums.
This role is key to ensuring the SAP landscape supports both operational needs and strategic transformation.
Responsibilities:

Lead SAP environment roadmap and ensures landscapes are available and fit for purpose for projects, releases, testing, upgrades, integrations, and business-as-usual support.
Coordinate landscape demand from projects, programmes, and operational teams, resolving conflicts around environment usage, system availability, freeze periods, and refresh schedules.
Maintain a clear view of SAP system dependencies, interfaces, data flows, and environment relationships. Ensure landscape decisions are aligned with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, operational resilience, and business continuity requirements.
Oversee the operational health of the SAP landscape to ensure service stability. Govern system availability, performance, capacity, technical risks, and recurring operational issues. Ensure SAP landscape follows security, audit, regulatory, and internal control requirements. Work closely with SAP Security and GRC teams to ensure environment access, segregation of duties, privileged access, and sensitive data usage are appropriately governed.
Ensure non-production systems are in synch with data protection, masking, retention, and access control standards.
Act as the central point of coordination for SAP landscape matters across IT, business, project, and supplier teams. Provide clear communication on landscape availability, risks, constraints, dependencies, and planned changes.
Work with third-party vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure service levels are met.
